Tell us which Sansui you have and what you want done to it, along with any problems it has and we will add you to our queue for service, which is approximately 18-24 weeks. We will then let you know when we are ready for you to ship to us, after which it’s a 22-28 week turnaround from receipt to completion of work. We acknowledge that it is a VERY long wait however we are an extremely small shop and our techs never rush their way through a piece of equipment.
